About KVM Alumni Association
KVM Alumni Association was incorporated in 2017 when the school completed its 50 glorious years of existence and excellence. Churning out students who have reached the pinnacles of success was no mean task, achieved only through the dedication and single minded focus of the teachers and support staff.
The association is our way of showing gratitude to all those who made this possible.
The association has been involved in several activities to support the school in various events.
Through the association, we are bringing people from various batches together to give back to their alma mater in which ever form they can. The first step is to connect with them. Today over 500 students are a part of the association.
We support the school on various events. The association planned, organised and conducted the Golden Jubilee event in 2017 to commemorate the 50 years of contribution to the society. This gala event was presided over by the then VMC Chairperson, Sri. Ajay Seth, IAS, Principal Secretary, Primary and Secondary Education, GoKar and Smt. Bhanumathi, the then Principal.
The association supports sports day and annual day celebrations by rewarding students with significant performance in academics and sports.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Malleswaram founded on 4th July, 1965, from a modest and quiet beginning has spiraled up and its position is iconic in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Committed to total quality in Education, PM SHRI KV Malleswaram has a strength of 1800 students and 63 dedicated staff in first shift, 640 students and 20 staff in second shift with all infrastructural facilities.
The school under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan aims for excellence in the field of education promoting national integration and a sense of "Indianness" among the children while ensuring their total personality development and academic excellence. It is this approach that has helped the school achieve 100% academic results since the last 3 years.
GENESIS
PM SHRI KV Malleswaram, Bengaluru was established on 4th July, 1965 under Civil sector. From a modest and quiet beginning the Vidyalaya has now embraced an iconic position among other Vidyalayas across the country.
VISION
The Vidyalaya believes in imparting knowledge/values and nurturing talent, enthusiasm and creativity of its students for seeking excellence through high-quality educational endeavours.
MISSION
The Vidyalaya caters to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees, including defence and paramilitary personnel and other floating population by providing a common programme of education.

AGM
We have concluded the 8th AGM in September 2025. All our AGMs in the past were conducted at the school premises and attended by the Life Members in significant numbers. The AGMs also serve as a platform for members to share their ideas on how the school can be supported. This is our way of contributing to the development of the younger generation.
